This particular model came out of Harrison Labs, which had HP acquired previously. The design shares some similarity in circuit topography with other Harrison Lab models. This power supply achieves high stability and remarkable accuracy without the need of an ovenized reference. Conveniently, Keysight (the name for the former HP Test Equipment division) still makes the full manual available.
