Background
Firearms are like any other dangerous tool and should be treated with the care and respect they deserve. Here are some basic rules to follow when handling firearms:

3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
4. Always keep the firearm unloaded until you are ready to shoot.
5. Keep your firearm locked up and in a safe place until ready for use.
6. Wear eye and ear protection when shooting your firearm.
