The Dell Chromebook 11-3120/P22T is certainly a popular choice for Chromebooks in the United States as well as various countries in Europe. Although the Chromebook comes preinstalled with the Chrome OS, the Dell Chromebook 11 features a legacy boot mode that allows the device to boot up in operating systems outside of Chrome such as Linux or Windows.
