If you can’t hear anything at all on the Poco X3 Pro, first check the volume and make sure it isn’t stuck in headphone/Bluetooth mode. Also try a call on speakerphone and play a video to see whether it’s just the earpiece or both speakers.
If there’s still no sound anywhere, the speaker/earpiece or its connection may need to be checked.
