Left ear bud doesn't make a sound
The left ear bud doesn't give sound after connecting with an device the blutooth is working but the speaker is not working

Hi!
Try cleaning the mesh by the base of the ear tip. Lack of sound or decreased sound can often be caused by wax buildup blocking the sounds.
Try cleaning the whole earbud and the case too, to make sure the the contact pins make proper contact so the earbud can charge.
