Controller LED blinking blue but won't work properly

Hi, first time soldering. I just replaced my potentiometer sticks with Gulikit TMR sticks. After I reassembled it, it started blinking without me turning it on.

The buttons don't work and my pc won't detect it wired. Even if I connect it wired, it doesn't charge, LED doesn't turn orange. Pressing or holding the power button doesn't do anything, it just keeps blinking blue like in the video above.

Here's some pictures inside, did I mess up somewhere? Any help is appreciated.

Hi!

Most likely that something on the motherboard is damaged during repair, yes.

I also can see that one white connector damaged on the right side.

Also some trace damage near the pads on the left top side.

Please check if all the ribbon cables are connected as they should be. Also check the board for shorts.
