What is the year and engine capacity i.e. 2.0L, 2.4L of the vehicle?

Is the starter motor operating and cranking the engine when the ignition key is switched to the Start position or not?

Hello, what was the previous issue that made you change the starter and is it the same now, also does the engine crank or not.
