There may be two issues, power switch and battery. Expected battery lifetime can vary between 3-5 years, depending on usage. Try reviewing battery replacement procedures and if you can, measure battery voltage and/or substitute a temporary battery with correct voltage to see if the power switch works, enabling a known good source of power to turn on these headphones. Even bypassing the power switch with a wire jumper can help diagnose this problem.
