This was Mahindra's first global SUV built on a modern monocoque chassis rather than a traditional ladder-frame. It was primarily offered with a 2.2L mHawk turbo-diesel engine, though a 2.2L petrol and a 1.99L diesel were also available.

@tshenolo until we know for sure what is going on with your door, I recommend you go ahead and download the SM for your Mahindra from this page 2011-2021 Mahindra XUV500 under the Documents Header. Page 1072 starts the chapter for the doors. Use that information to see if you can narrow it down. Let us know what you find out.
