Screen flickering but won't turn on
The screen flickers on and off in about 6 second intervals but the device won't power on

@bobbyorteg56516 let's see wha tthe flickering looks like. You can post a short video of that with your question. Just use this guide Adding images to an existing question and add it like you would add an image.
It is possible that this is a display issue. Connect an external monitor and see if that displays properly. If so, the issue will be with your LCD. If not then the issue could be with your GPU. or that you would need to check a few things on your motherboard. You would need to use this guide HP 14-dq0051dx Motherboard Replacement to work on that.
Let us know what an external monitor shows you and what the flickering looks like so we can at least try to help you out further.
