Check for a blown fuse. Many power seats use only one fuse to power seat motors. This suggests power for fwd/rev, seat back tilt, and up/dn seat height. If the other seat switches operate, the fwd/rev motor may be worn out. If you can hear the motors, try reverse and listen for a quiet hum, indicating the motor may still run. No sounds; worn out motor, burned connections, loose connections.
