The sensor of touch is not working sometimes like is dead and worthless sometimes it works

Chances are the digitizer (touch screen) is failing and needs replacement. Since it's integrated into the screen assembly, replacing the screen will most likely solve the problem. For information on how to replace the screen, see this question regarding how to do that.
