Phone won't charge. Screen still works
Screen still turned on shows need charge but won't charge up when plugged in.

Have you cleaned out all and any dirt from the charging hole? This is a common issue.
Are you using the provided USB-C Cable provided to you by TCL? Not all USB-C cables are the same, so I would try a different cable, plug and outlet first.
