Is the back via going to cause me problems
When I was cleaning my board I noticed the one of the back via looks stretched out is it going to cause problems?

1. If I the strip the mask around the vias does it compromise the connection?
2. I have a second controller that doesn't charge nor can't connect to the PC via usb cable after I replaced the sticks, but it syncs to my ps4 via wireless.
3. I did a continuity for that via and got as solid beeping sound from my multimeter.

It does look like that the solder pad it self, still look fine.
I think it will work perfectly fine if you solder a new one in.
I would try it and test to see if it works.
