If it has been dropped or subject to heavy pressure, it is likely a display hardware error, and you will need to replace the screen.
If it’s just a software error, a simple restart should resolve the issue.
Try restarting the phone first and then perform a screen test. If the lines remain, the screen will need to be replaced.
