non functional letter on keyboard
The letter " S " has sunk in the keyboard and very difficult to type with. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. The laptop is only 3 yr old.

Presuming that this is a M2 MB Air model here is a video showing how to remove the key caps (Be VERY careful! not to break the clips).
Look to the center of where the key cap fits and there should be a rubber type spring thing in the middle, it could be this that has broken or become squashed (Hopefully not).... Let us know what you discover once you have removed the "s" key.
