Clean Water Tank Empty ... but it's NOT

We've had our Narwal Freo Z10 Ultra for about 6 months now. Love this thing! However, we seem to be having a recurring issue with the base station clean water tank. After filling the clean water tank and starting up, the narwal becomes angry from time to time and will say "fill clean water"... even though the tank is full and properly installed. My wife has found a temporary fix: using a baby medicine syringe to inject water into the base station clean water tank connection point. Doing this 3 or 4 times seems to clear up the issue... but a few days later same fault occurs. Anyone know of a root cause or complete fix?

Some things I have tried:

Cleaned both waste water and clean water tank thoroughly

Small pipe cleaner run through of all water lines to verify no obstructions

Thorough cleaning and maintenance of vacuum robot

This close to tearing the base station apart and doing a thorough cleaning.... when the wife isn't looking🫣

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Did you end up ever taking the base station apart? I’m trying to take the rear panel off, but something is holding it in on the left side. Do you know how to take it off. As an answer to your question sounds like it could be a water pump issue.
