Lines on the screen are almost always indicative of damage to the delicate connections between the glass the LCD is printed on and the flex cable bonded to it. Those connections are not repairable, so the only fix is to replace the screen. Your phone is the same as most Android phones in that the recommended way to replace the screen is to purchase it already mounted on the midframe. You then have to remove all of the internal components and transfer them to the new screen+frame assembly. There's a video guide available here on iFixit showing you how to do that repair.

If you prefer the step by step written kind of guide, the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina has a good one. The guide is, of course, written in Spanish, but if used with a browser like Chrome that does translation, it is quite usable no matter what your native language is.

If for some reason you would prefer to replace just the LCD without the midframe, that repair requires a completely different set of instructions. A quick search of YouTube videos should give you a few to pick from.
