Why I can't put two SIM cards

When I put two SIM card only one is able to respond the other does not respond it doesn't show network

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi @charlespuis,

Does the working SIM card, show the network in either of the SIM card positions on the SIM card tray or only in one card position?
