Buttons Fn and custom don't work

Hi i recently bought used sony dsc-hx400v and 2 buttons almost doesn't work, they are like collapsed and very hard to press
Previous owner claimed that it was that way from the beggining

Is there anything I can do? except for those 2 buttons camera runs like gold
