Mid 2013 revision to the Xbox 360 line of game consoles, featuring 4 USB ports and built-in Wi-Fi connectivity.

No Signal on both HDMI & AV Source

Hello! So my XBOX 360 E doesn't show any video output on both HDMI & AV. The TV detects a signal from the HDMI if I power on the console normally, but no picture is shown. When I try to use an AV cable, it doesn't detect any signal at all.

I already tried the Y+R2 trick yet nothing shows. I tried different HDMI cables that work, bought new AV cables, and different TVs, all nothing.

Is it a faulty HDMI and AV port? Thank you!

Answer this question I have this problem too

Hi!

First of all, I would disassemble it and check the motherboard.

Check for broken caps or any visible damaged components.

It could be the Southbridge or the GPU. It's hard to say...

Do you have any soldering experience? Otherwise you could bring it to a local repair shop. Or replace the motherboard completely (this will be more expensive).

When replacing the motherboard, always transfer the PCB (disk drive logic board) that belongs to the motherboard to your current drive.

Yeah I’ve disassembled it twice just to check, fortunately there was no damaged components, so it could be the Southbridge or GPU

Unfortunately I live in a country where there’s not a lot of available shops for retro consoles, mostly for phones, laptops, etc. I do have a bit experience with soldering so I’ll see what I can do.

Thanks!

My pleasure! You could replace the GPU and see how that goes. If it did fail after, replace the motherboard for a new one and see how that works out. Sorry for the bad news..
