If this is your personal phone, you must've known the password. It is weird how a phone doesn't let you log in. If the password isn't working, you can simply factory reset the phone by turning it off by long-pressing the power button for more than 10 seconds. After that, you need to hold the power button+volume up button in the settings, and a hidden menu will pop up. You will see an option to factory reset the device, or pretty much similar, depending on your model. Use the volume up and down buttons to control the options, and powe,r button to open that option from the menu. remember that doing so will definity erase all the data from your phone. But your phone will be unlocked.

there are some tools you can download to help unlock the phone...
I wouldn't advise using them unless you need the data on your phone.
Try to use recovery mode by pressing volume down when your turning on the phone
