Doesn't boot up immediatly

For some reason after cleaning the fan w compressed air, my PS4 doesn't boot up after the beep.

I have to manually press the on/off button on the console atleast 5 times till it turns on

Does it show a LED light when you try to turn it on? Can you share a video regarding this?
