My laptop doesn't turn on

My Toshiba r84sus2 doesn't turn on so I bring it to the store to check, they said that the hard drive is broken and the cost to fix it is kinda high (So I decided to take it home and fix it myself) and when I opened it, I found a burned out diode

and a chip (or something similar) missing

. I would like to know what kind of diode and chip I need to replace it.
