The PC tries to diagnose itself with no luck. Is it not booting.

Can you get into BIOS OK on starting the PC?
If you can check if the HDD is being shown as detected or not by BIOS.
If it isn't then there's a problem with the HDD or it's connection to the motherboard - power or data)
If it is then there may be a problem with the boot partition on the HDD. What OS is installed on the PC - Win7, Win8.1, Win10 etc?
