Well try the following it some the basic way to fix this issue:
- Check charger & power outlet: Ensure the laptop is plugged in and the outlet works.
- Battery indicator: If any lights turn on when plugged in, the laptop may still be functional.
- Unplug the charger and Remove the battery (if removable) And then Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and charger, and try turning it on.

@siphumelel69527 have you checked for power on your laptop? Any LCD's lighting up or blinking when you connect your power adapter?
