Second generation of Wi-Fi iPad, released on March 11, 2011. Model number A1395. Repair is difficult and will require heat.

It's not charging and.I LOST this ipad years ago and now I found it and it won't charge it's been like 2 or 3 years and I think it's disabled

If the battery in the iPad hasn't been charged for that long, then most probably, the battery has failed beyond recovery and needs to be replaced.
