The Raspberry Pi 400 is a Raspberry Pi with an integrated keyboard.

Can the USB-C port be repaired?

My kids have not been gentle when plugging and unplugging the power cable from the Raspberry Pi 400. Now the slightest bump to the power cable will cause the system to freeze and/or crash. Can the USB-C port be replaced? Is there a guide on how to do this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

@piman no specific guides. It needs to be soldered just like any other USB-C port and those are kind of tough to solder because of size and pin location. You'll have to solder it pretty much the same way as shown here I do know that a CSP-USC16-TR port will fit. You may have to check with Digikey.com or Mouser.com for an equivalent model CSP USC16 TR Datasheet
