Charging port isn't working
I can't charge my laptop anymore and my computer charges works and everything it charged my phone and headset just not my laptop

Use a strong light and a magnifying glass and check the USB-C charge port to see if there's any debris in the port that may be preventing a good electrical connection. Also check to see that the pins are all straight and that none are bent etc.
If there is any debris in the port enclosure (dust , lint etc) do not use a metal pin or probe to try and clear it, use a vacuum cleaner instead.
If the USB-C port is damaged it will have to be replaced. Search online for Lenovo Yoga 7 15ITL5 DC-In jack (supplier example only) to find suppliers that suit you best. You will need smd soldering tools and skills to do the repair.
An easier option is to replace the charge port board in the laptop. Here's the hardware maintenance manual. Go to p.59 to view the procedure to remove/replace the power board module. Search online for 5C50S25117 to find suppliers that suit you best.
If the connector appears to be OK you will need to use the schematics to find out why it isn't charging.
