Hi @vickykadam,

What is the model number of the TV?

Is the TV's red power standby LED on or off?

If it is off have you checked that the power outlet that the TV is connected to is working by plugging in another device e.g. hair dryer and check?

Was there a storm or power outage just prior to the TV not working?

If it is on, have you tried using the TV control buttons to see if it turns on OK?

If it turns on OK using the TV control buttons, have you checked that the batteries in the remote are OK?
