galaxy note 20 ultra Black screen

Hi all

I have a galaxy note 20 ultra, which I have just replaced the screen, been working fine for a couple of days and picked it up this evening noticed it was not on, I tried to turn it on, but there’s no response totally black screen, I have checked and it is a charge, but still no response from the power button. I’ll try to do a force restart but again no response, so I completely dismantled can remove the motherboard cleaned and checked all connectors were firmly in place, but still no life.

Any help would be appreciated.

This replacement was a genuine Samsung screen I replaced, which was working fine for 2 days, but now nothing

Are you certain that you purchased an original screen if there is a problem with the motherboard screen socket?

You should visit a Samsung branch and request the original screen for replacement or ask them to repair it for you. Thank you.
