Why can't I find the device from My Computer?
When the device is plugged in, I see the small USB logo on the taskbar but I cannot see it in My Computer. When I click the taskbar logo, nothing happens.

Press Win+R on your keyboard. Type devmgmt.msc into the run box and press Enter. Do you see it come up as a disk?
