hey you can tear off the earpad，the side with the audio jack one，you ll need a hair dryer to help it remove easily ，then you ll see 4 screw，unscrew them and you can saw the audio wire. Use the multimeter to check continuity and solder the female connector.during this process you will need to extend the hole to contain the 3.5mm female connector and some ca glue to make it attach.
