My airdots don't work

They've fallen from my ears a couple times and the left airdot doesn't have sound, and now the right one started with the same problem, I have to put it in a certain position for it to play

Hey Mate,

Does the airpot have a thing that when it falls out of your ear or is taken from your ear, the music pauses? If so, they have a little camera or distance sensor that allows this to work. If they have been shattered, then you might have to get a new set.
