So I’ve got a laptop with 2 USB Ports, but one only works at a certain angle. Works fine when pressure is constantly applied, no rotation. Works when tilted down (from upper view). Works when USB is between plugged in & unplugged. Sometimes my mouse lights up, but it doesn’t work.

It sounds like your USB ports need to be resoldered or replaced. Do you know how to solder?
