Which keyboard country setting is hidden behind it? MacBook Air (Mid 2012)
If I type an double point come in Point and at the # @ comes ° ^

According to this guide for MacBook Keyboard Layouts it appears that you have a Belgian Layout. Select this layout option under keyboard in system preferences and the keys should match their output. Remember to remove the previous keyboard in the menu list so there is only one.
