Why won't my alarms work?

i have set two alarms one for 4:00am and the other for 5:00am neither has ever gone off and i’ve had the phone a week

Hi,

Have you set up a "test" alarm time to go off say 5 minutes after when you set the test up to ensure that you're setting the alarms up OK? (This way you don't have to wait a long time for it to happen ;-).
