In this phone other otg assesory is supported but pendrive doesn't support,

Have you tried a different pendrive?

What "accessories" do work via OTG in your phone?

Also, check the pendrive in a computer to see if it is formatted as NTFS, Fat32, or exFat. Not all formats are supported.
