My tmx elmo won't get up after being tickled and makes a loud heater noise. How can I fix this?

I think i have the same problem. It is a tmx special edition. I openend the entire thing but could not find an obvious cause. Any ideas?

they have a pill for that. ;p
jokes aside, it is very dependant on what the buzzing sound it. is it an electronic buzzer, or mechanical grinding?
