Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro: Why is phone not charging?

Hi there, the thing is that i have less than a month with the phone but it suddenly stopped charging. I didn't drop it and it never touched water, so I have no clue what happened. Already tried pressing all buttons, leaving it charging all night, etc. Any ideas?

Experiencing problems on Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 phones that could not be charging? And have tried to turn the USB cable and also the power source.

But still, Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 can not be in the charger and sometimes occurs fake chargers.
