Vivo Y33s: Why my Vivo Y33s displaying black screen after reboot?

So i was just looking through my messages on my Vivo Y33s without looking on the battery and it just died by powering off. I let it charge until for few hours and i power it on its black screen. There's a backlight but nothing else. Additionally, Touch screen doesn't work

Any help and fix?

so basically my sister's phone started restarting on its own for a while now and she doesn't know why, the phone restarts when using it whether opening apps or not (like literally not using it), it just restarts especially when it's not plugged in a charger and once it restarted the battery is drained

she just wants to know what the problem is

(she assumes it has something to do in the battery)
