un65h6203: Tv won't turn back on after I turn it off

After I turn off my TV it won't turn back on unless I disconnect and reconnect the screen ribbon. I have already replace the main board (t con included) does anyone have any suggestions?

Update (02/12/2023)

I saw where a thin piece of tape at the ribbon connection could make it turn off and on. So, I placed a 1/8th wide piece on the upper ribbon at the main and tv works but left side of screen has less color. Now, I took the tape off and tv goes back to previous problem(rotating off/on when turned on. I disconnected ribbon and reconnected with tv on, and at lower ribbon, at driverboard, tv came on and worked perfectly for as long as I wanted but when I turned it off, it went back to problem.

un65h6203: Samsung un60h6203afxza with flashing backlights

I have a Samsung un60h6203afxza with no picture. When I pulled the back off to check the power supply, I could see what I believe are the backlights, flashing at regular intervals. One of the pins on the power supply was fluctuating between 1.9 and 2 volts. 3 of the pins were fluctuating between 4.9 and 5.1 volts.

un65h6203: Display won't turn on + blinking red light

I have an older samsung tv and it no longer turns on. There is a blinking red light rather than the usual standby light. I tried the power cycle, I tried looking for blown capacitors, I even tried the test where you unplug the motherboard and see if backlights turn on but it wasn't the motherboard. I'm not sure what to do. Here is a picture of where I've been told the problem will be:

un65h6203: Samsung tv has sound and picture no backlight. (backlight can flash)

This tv has no backlight but has sound and picture. If I disconnect the t-con board from the power supply and turn the tv on, the backlight will flash on when unplugging. But only for a split second. There are only four wires going to the led strips attached to: D1+, D1-, D2+, and D2-.

I’m guessing since I see a brief flash the led strips work but aren’t coming on when being told to.

*EDIT*

I get 243v from D1+ and D1- but nothing from D2+ and D2-.

Added a photo of the Led Strip connection pinout. Here is the typed out version

9 D2-

8 D2-

7 NC

6 D2+

5 NC

4 D1-

3 NC

2 D1+

1 D1+

All help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
