The dial is in two parts almost evenly. One half still attached, the other loose.

Motor functionality via Ortho remote fails as does physical manipulation of the dial. the dial believes it is at 100% and returns to 100% after physical rotation of the (remaining) dial and when using the ortho remote.

The Unit suffered no external damage aside from the dial.

However, when attempting the Loop functionality from playback on FM and BT, the unit automatically enters Playback Speed Mode.

I can hear the volume motor working away when i have the device on line in with no input active.

Is there a place where I can purchase replacement parts? I spoke with TripleService in New Jersey and they don't repair OB4 only OB1. I love my speaker so much I'm sad that I haven't been able to repair it.
