By this I mean, I have water in canister, the light

indicator is dormant and there is a current going

to steam canister.

When I turn on the unit, the light goes on but I don’t get any steam. I thought I put to much water in it. So I emptied unit started over, and still no steam. Is it possible the heating unit burnt out and is it something I can replace?

The steamer only works for a few seconds before the steam pressure goes down and I have to wait until the light goes off and it resets before I can continue. Everyone else says that they are abl to use this model for 45 minutes straight. It's taking me hours to do just one room of carpet.

When the button is pressed steam is not coming out. I know that the machine is correctly heating to temperature and setam seeps in order to not over pressurize but not sure how to fix the problem

I have the same issue power light is on but steam light ready is not on. Took it apart and there is no resistance on the element. (120v at all connections). Thinking the element gave out. Thoughts ?

My machine is starting to warm up and then before it is ready to start steaming it trips the GFI. I have only used the machine twice. It worked fine the first two times.

Hello,

I need some guidance. I was filling the tank but I dropped the funnel and spilled water outside the water compartment and into the storage compartment. Water started to pour out from the sides of the unit and from the bottom. I haven’t turned the unit on since I don’t know if I should wait to that water to dry. What should I do? Please advise!!

In most problem solving solutions it list either a calcium buildup that needs to be cleaned or blown fuse that cases the Steamer to not turn on.

However I could find no reference to a leaky nozzle or a handle that is overheating and burning to the touch. Any possible solutions or explanations ??

I bought the mcculloch steamer from USA and I am currently using it here in the Philippines. After weeks of using it, it stops from producing steam but the power stays on. I think the heater is the problem because I don’t use the recommended voltage for the steamer. I just plug and play it any outlet and I don’t use a regulator or transformer.

My Brand New steamer worked for one use. After refill and warmup it shoots a stream of water without steam. This was all in a 1 hour period. So it's not build up the attachment had not been changed. The water had plenty of time to heat and the light indicated it was ready.
