sony bravia: Intermittent shutdown with flashing RED led 9 times.

Sony Bravia KD-65X9000B occasionally shuts down with main LED flashing 9 times ( then 3 seconds and repeat).

Sometmes it will restart with remote but mostly needs complete power removal for 15 minutes for restart.

Any ideas what 9 flashes means with this Sony ?

The video 2 in (RCA jacks, r,y,w) produce video and sound. This makes me think that the HDMI in ports or controllers are bad

This is a Sony BRAVIA, KDL52 S 5100.

My tv has vertical lines (top to bottom) that appear. I turn the tv off and the lines are gone. It appears to be green lines.

sony bravia: Sony Bravia 65" TV Image problem

Hi, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what is happening here with my TV. The picture starts to flicker after around 30 minutes of being turned on in the morning. Horizontal lines appear at the bottom of the screen. Cheers
