reMarkable Paper Pro: Love my month old ReMarkable Paper Pro, but have a cracked screen!

Is there an option to replace the screen? REMarkable support has not really told me if this is an option. I love the unit, but don’t want to buy a new one to fix the cracked screen. HELP!

I can’t be the only person who has had this issue.

reMarkable 2: Writing Not in Sync With Pen

There are places on the screen where the writing is not in sync with my pen. I will place the pen down somewhere and it will begin writing half a centimeter elsewhere. How can I troubleshoot this issue?
