I was wondering how to removed Enterprise Enrollment because I have already tried the esc+refresh+power and it didn’t work because developer mode is blocked by this system. anyone know how to fix?

Touchscreen works for fingers, but not stylus. I checked for chrome OS updates and it says I'm up to date (118.0.5993.124)

I will plug in my charger to either port, but it never gives a light saying it's charging, and it never turns on.

I’ve got a Lenovo 500e Chromebook (81ES) that won’t recognize power. I figured I’d replace the USB/charging daughter board but Lenovo won’t sell me parts. (Lenovo also won’t take money to repair it, nor provide me with a location that I can take/send it to for repair).

It’s a year and a half old and supposedly a rugged education model. I am not impressed with Lenovo. Where can I buy parts?

I’m trying to see if I can replace the SSD on my chromebook whihc happens to be a Lenovo 500e - although, i’m not sure where it is and whether it’s a m.2 ssd or regular. Would be some great help if someone could suggest where its found.

lenovo 500e: Headphone jack broke off in aux port

In other Chromebook models, you can open up the Chromebook and push a broken off headphone jack from the other side. This didn't work for this model. Is there a suggestion for getting it out besides the super glue method?

lenovo 500e: Chromebook left corner falling apart

my chrome book touch screen is not working unless I press really hard on the screen and it kinda works but really badly I have tried to reboot it and the touch screen will work but only for a few seconds and then it will start acting up again

Hi! I have a Lenovo Chromebook 500e and out of nowhere it started to turn off my internet. I’ve tried restarting it a few times and power washing it, but it still doesn’t work. So, if anything, please help me! Thank you!

lenovo 500e: No charge, no power when plugged in. Low voltage on board

Lenovo 500e. Charge light does not come on, does not turn on with power supply plugged, or when power is plugged and battery is disconnected. Has two USBC charging ports, when the port on the daughter board is plugged in, I cant find any points that have 11v, but when I probe one point on the daughter board I get 5v, but the regular USB port will not power anything I put into it. When I probed a mosfet on the mother board, I get 1.2v, and when I plug the USBC into the port on the other side, I get no voltage on that point on the daughter board, and I get .7v on that mosfet. Looked up the data sheet for the mos (B09N03R) its max voltage is 20V (leads me to assumethat there is a loss of power somewhere). And with the battery unplugged, I get 1.6v on the positive battery connector pin(with the usbc plugged to the daughter board), and with the usbc plugged to the other port its like .7v. I thought this was going to be an easy battery replacement, but I even peeled the film back and checked each cell and the battery has 11v. So there is definitely something going on with the mother board. I Have an SMT soldering station, so I can replace parts, but I cannot find a board view or a schematic for this computer. I have some electrical knowledge, and soldering skills, but I am not familiar with board repair, so not having a schemeatic lead me to here to ask what should my next steps be? Thanks!
