I talked with KTC and told me the vendor didnt pay fhem and they locked the tvs. And this happened after a update on 01/07/2024. Since i have paied to buy it and i want my tv for my kids how could i bypass it? Resetting everything with factory reset didnt help. Trying to find older firmware but i can't find it anywhere. Please help.
