JBL Tune 500bt: No sound from the left ear

I own a pair of JBL Tune 500bt headphones. But after using them for 5-6 months the left side stopped working. Sound only comes out from the right side only. What is the cause and the solution for this problem??

When I connect the charger with JBL headphone first the red light is ON onliy for 3 second after the red light start blinking in low light

Hey, so I have my headphones since I would say five years, but recently they've been acting strange.

Whenever I charge my battery for a long time, it will go down to 10% pretty fast but last for days on 10% battery. I don't know if my battery is really used cause it seems like for some people it's a cable issue, and since I already opened my headphones to repair the left (or right, i don't remember) speaker not working I'm afraid I moved a cable that causes the battery to not work as it should?

Should I try to replace my battery or could it be another problem? Is it even worth it to get a replacement battery on Amazon? I mean for phones I don't really care but for headphones I don't want a bad quality replacement battery to blow up on my head.

Hello, I've been using the JBL Tune 500BT for 5 months. I hadn't used the headphones in two days, and when I tried to turn them on today, they didn't work. So I plugged it to charge, and the headphone lights were only white while charging (not red). After two hours of plugging in, the light is still white. When I tried to turn it back on, it didn't work. When I press the power button (not a long press as usual), the headphone lights up blue (no starting sound) for a few minutes before turning off. Has anybody else had this problem?

jbl tune 500bt: Red indicator blinks for second

It started on a random day, at first with the original battery the red indicator held up for 4-5 seconds. After I bought a battery replacement it went down to 1 second and the indicator was a little bit darker. I even tried other cables to charge headphones but it has the same results
