I’ve tried just about everything. I have the Iview-1066TPC 10.1” tablet. Every time I try to connect to the internet it tells me ‘Connected no internet’ it’s not my router all my other devices are working just fine. How do I fix please?

My superpad 1070tpc 11 is freezing up on the logo screen I have tried to factory reset then power it back on and it freezes again I've done it several times. It is new I only played with it for a couple weeks but set it aside after that so my warranty has ran out

Freezes on everything think I do. It won't connect to Facebook. It stays in android position can't get it off. I've only had it 5 days n it has never work right. Its a 10.1 suprapad n I couldn't find it on your list. 1170tpc model

I have a iview 1070tpc

When I turn it on it never gets past the iview splash screen it just sit there.

The reset button just starts the boot process over.

Is there a way to get around this issue or just do a factory reset?
